When I talk about the detailed allowances and services under the Carer Living Allowance Scheme for Low-income Families, I would like to update you on the latest Policy Address, which states that the amount of allowance for carers will be increased from $2,400 to $3,000 per month.

進入正題，計劃主要分為三部分：

(一)  護老者支援服務

領取津貼期間，護老者及受照顧長者須與服務單位社工定期會面（面談或家訪 ）及接受服務單位所提供的支援服務。期間護老者要填寫「護老者聲明書」及「照顧時數表」。

(二)  護老者培訓課程

‍

服務單位會為護老者介紹/ 選擇合適的護老培訓課程，以提昇他們照顧能力。當中，出席培訓的時數可計算為照顧時數，而資助培訓的費用為$1000。

(三)  護老者津貼

‍

照顧者需每月提供不少於80小時的照顧時數，如照顧者有能力照顧多一名長者，則每月需提供合共不少於120小時的照顧時數。因此，照顧者每月可獲$3000 / $6000 (照顧兩名長者) 的護老者津貼。
