Volunteer Training
A variety of training forms, from online to offline, from theory to practice, to help trainees master the knowledge of volunteerism in a comprehensive and in-depth manner. The training time is flexible and can be interspersed with different course contents according to the trainees' personal time.
Skills Volunteer Training
At the same time, trainees are recommended and subsidized to attend a number of training institutions which offer a range of training courses (domestic helpers, baby-sitting, sister-in-laws (accompanying mothers), nursing care, elderly care, English for daily living, financial housekeepers, logistics, and so on), and trainees can choose suitable courses according to their actual situation and needs, with certain discounts or subsidies on tuition fees, and ultimately obtaining certificates.
Volunteer Leadership Training
In our regular volunteer training and service teams, we select outstanding trainees to participate in the Volunteer Leadership Training Program and have the opportunity to receive subsidies to obtain higher qualifications. Through this program, we hope to train program successors and increase the number of leaders at Sunyu Academy.
