今次我們透過探訪認識了一位居住深水埗區，現年70多歲的莫婆婆。她與孫女同住，患有高血壓和高血糖但控制良好，現依靠綜援生活。
在探訪過程中，婆婆向我們提到想改變平安鐘位置，於是我們替婆婆聯絡平安鐘公司安排技工跟進。但因婆婆搬至現居所不久，家居電話線仍未鋪設，因此待重鋪電話線後重裝平安鐘。
有關電話線及平安鐘問題，期後已解決。除此之外莫婆婆再無其他問題需要我們協助，婆婆感謝我們的幫忙，如日後婆婆再有求助，會再找我們幫助，而我們亦會和婆婆保持聯絡。
