今次我們透過探訪認識了一位居住在黃大仙，現年80多歲的趙婆婆。她現時依靠生果金過活。趙婆婆身體狀況一般，患有腳痛和高血壓的情況。
在探訪期間，趙婆婆向我們透露她的兒子即將結婚並考慮搬到別的地方居住。趙婆婆希望可以申請平安鐘以保障她往後的獨居生活，但她不熟悉申請平安鐘的程序，因而希望我們可以幫她申請。
趙婆婆指現有兒子照顧，所以打算等待兒子結婚搬走時才開始申請。之後，我們亦會定期致電趙婆婆跟進著及提供協助。
