LD operates two Occupational Health Clinics (OHCs) for working people who are suspected to be suffering from work-related diseases. The objective is to prevent, diagnose and treat occupational diseases, work injuries and work-related illnesses, including muscular pain, and to promote the occupational health of the working population.

🔹 No doctor referral needed
🔹 A health care professional listens and understands your job and your condition to provide appropriate diagnosis and medication, make referrals when needed, including: physical therapy, occupational therapy, etc., and guide you on how to manage your condition from the job side.
🔹 To inspect workplaces to assess health hazards in the work environment and then recommend preventive and control measures to employers.
🔹 To promote patients' awareness of occupational health through publications, VCDs and display boards.
🔹 To reduce the risk of occupational diseases among staff by explaining the concepts of occupational health and identifying hazards through seminars, workshops and patient support groups; and to promote experience sharing and mutual support among patients.
