政府「長者醫療券獎賞先導計劃」11月13日起推行，為期3年，合資格長者在同一年度累積使用$1000或以上醫療券於特定基層醫療服務，即自動獲發$500獎賞醫療券，本文整理計劃資訊。
長者需在預防疾病和管理健康等特定基層醫療用途，於同一年度累積使用$1000或以上的醫療券，即自動獲發$500獎賞醫療券。特定基層醫療服務如下：
1️⃣ Disease prevention, follow-up, or monitoring services for chronic diseases provided by Chinese, Western, and Dental doctors participating in the voucher program, such as health assessments, physical exams, screenings, vaccinations, chronic disease management, dental checkups, cleanings, extractions, and fillings, etc.
2️⃣ Chronic Disease Co-Management Pilot Program hypertension and diabetes screening, and treatment phase services
3️⃣ Individualized Services and Community Rehabilitation Programs at District Wellness Centers or District Wellness Stations
4️⃣ Outpatient services for disease prevention, follow-up or monitoring of chronic diseases at 11 designated clinics of the University of Hong Kong Shenzhen Hospital (HKSZH) and its affiliated health service centers
獎賞只可用於上題的四類特定服務，不包括視光服務。
每年度所得獎賞的使用期限為翌年12月31日，逾期作廢。未及使用的獎賞不能累積，而新一年度的累積金額會重新計算。獎賞不計算在醫療券$8000累積金額上限內。
1️⃣ 獎賞可否即時使用？
答：獎賞可於下一次接受特定服務時使用，系統會先自動扣除獎賞（如有），才會扣除醫療券戶口內餘額。
2️⃣ 每年可獲多少次獎賞？
答：一次，合資格長者該年度可得總額$2500的醫療券。
3️⃣ 獎賞可否與配偶共用？
答：不可。
4️⃣ 如使用配偶醫療券支付，獲發的獎賞屬於哪一方？
答：如長者的醫療券戶口內的餘額已耗盡，並以配偶的醫療券支付特定基層醫療服務，有關使用會記入長者（即接受服務者而非其配偶）於特定基層醫療用途的累積金額。
5️⃣ 使用獎賞支付服務，會否計算為再獲發獎賞的累積金額？
答：不會。即本年度獲奬賞後，如要下年度再獲奬賞，需累積使用價值$1500的服務，以$1000醫療券和$500獎賞支付。
6️⃣ 這1000蚊是否“睇醫生”是不計算睇傷風感冒在內? 500蚊獎賞又可以用來睇傷風感冒嗎？
答：如果視乎睇醫生目的是用作預防疾病或管理健康等的特定基層醫療用途，例如：身體檢查、牙齒檢查、洗牙、脫牙、補牙、高血壓、糖尿病篩查服務、防疫注射等
如果將1000蚊用於上述醫療服務，醫療券就額外多500蚊獎賞。相反如果將1000蚊用於睇傷風感冒就不能夠獲取500蚊獎賞，而500蚊獎賞亦只能用於以上特定基層醫療用途。
