社會福利署（社署）推行「照顧者資訊網」，照顧者資訊網旨在加深照顧者對可用資源的認識，並鼓勵他們在有需要時尋求協助。網站內容涵蓋為長者及殘疾人士提供的服務、照顧技巧，為照顧者提供的社區活動和資源等。
