曾獲金鐘獎迷你劇集戲王的資深演員丁強，27日傳出病逝消息，享壽87歲。其經紀人指出，丁強過年前在家中不小心跌倒，送醫後因血氧低，昨日在醫院安詳離世，沒受到病痛折磨。 65歲長者死亡原因，「跌倒」高居第二 台灣邁入高齡化社會，老年人口的增加也延伸出許多照護的問題。根據衛生福利部民國110年國人死因統計，65歲以上事故傷害死亡原因，跌倒位居第2名，僅次於交通事故！因此預防年長者跌倒是高度需要重視的問題。 嚴重跌倒可能會造成長期臥床，甚至骨折、顱內出血、死亡，而跌倒的因素可分為2類，一是自身因素，包含身體機能退化、肌力不足、平衡變差、服用藥物等；另一類為外在因素，包括照明不足、移動空間的障礙、缺乏扶手、地面濕滑等因素。 輔具及居家無障礙環境改善服務 根據長期照顧服務申請及給付辦法中，輔具及居家無障礙環境改善服務，符合補助資格者，提供每三年新臺幣四萬元補助，希望藉由使用適當的輔具，使長照需求者減緩身體退化、維持日常活動，並透過居家無障礙環境改善服務，提供需求者更為安全及適宜居住的居家環境。 一、 申請對象： 申請人經長期照顧管理中心(以下簡稱照管中心)評估長照需要等級達第2級以上，並至輔具需求評估單位開立輔具評估報告書後（無須評估者免），向當地輔具中心提出申請。 二、 申請方式： (一)、撥打1966長照專線 手機或市話皆可直撥1966，前5分鐘免付費，打1966前，建議先備好受照顧者的姓名、身分證字號、年齡、居住地址等基本 資料及狀況；主要照顧者或聯絡人的姓名、電話。打1966後，透過語音選單，將轉接到縣市的照管中心，中心人員會協助了解是 否符合申請資格。 (二)、親自洽詢住家附近照管中心 可先撥電話與照管中心聯絡，確認好相關資訊後再前往洽詢。照管中心電話可至 【輔具資源入口網－其他服務單位－關鍵字長期照顧管理中心】 查詢。 (照管中心聯絡資訊：https://1966.gov.tw/LTC/cp-6443-69944-207.html) (三)、出院準備銜接長照服務 出院前由醫療專業人員或照管專員與病患、家屬溝通，提供照顧資訊，如果符合長照資格，直接可在醫院內進行長照需要等級、照顧問題評估及討論擬定照顧計畫。協助在出院後快速取得所需長照服務及資源。 三、 補助費用： 每件輔具補助金額不同，但有規定最高補助金額，而且一個人被補助總額度也有上限。如長照輔具補助，補助總金額，最高是每三年四萬元。以一般戶三成部分負擔為例，就是每三年最高補助28000元 民眾自付12000元。 (一)、長照低收入戶：列冊之低收入戶、中低收入戶，或符合領取中低收入老人生活津貼發給辦法第五條第一項第一款津貼資格者，補助金額為給付上限。 (二)、長照中低收入戶：非屬前款身分別，符合領取中低收入老人生活津貼發給辦法第五條第一項第二款津貼或身心障礙者生活補助資格者，補助給付上限的90%，申請者部分負擔10%。 (三)、長照一般戶：前兩者以外者，補助給付上限的70%，申請者部分負擔30%。 四、 輔具補助流程： 大多數的輔具補助都要先申請，待評估結果出來後才能購買。 為了更便民，地方政府推動輔具服務特約單位辦理代償墊付機制，透過地方政府與社區藥局及醫材行特約，以代償墊付辦理核銷，民眾前往特約輔具服務單位購置或租賃輔具，僅需支付部分負擔，即可取得服務，補助費用由特約單位向地方政府請款，加速民眾取得輔具，減輕民眾經濟負擔，特約單位按給付組合內容（含括輔具諮詢、定期追蹤使用狀況、回收整備及相關服務）提供服務，以確保長照身心失能個案對其輔具進行免費或合理自付範圍的定期服務。 (各縣市輔具特約單位聯絡資訊：https://reurl.cc/AyGz0j) 五、 其他注意事項： (一)、自核定給付起 每三年新臺幣四萬元整，每三年給付一次。 (二)、長照需求者同時領有身心障礙證明者，得依法申請購置或租賃之輔具，但輔具使用年限未達最低使用年限之相同項目不得重複申請。 (三)、長照需求者及其家屬使用長照服務，除了依規定之部分負擔外，若單項輔具及居家無障礙環境改善服務項目之購置或租賃價格， 超過照顧組合表（E、F碼）所定價格上限部分，長照給付對象及其家庭照顧者，應自行負擔費用。 如有任何問題，歡迎聯繫鄰近各縣市長期照顧管理中心或向舜禹學堂留言查詢，我們會盡力解答。 (全台各縣市長期照顧管理中心：https://1966.gov.tw/LTC/cp-6443-69944-207.html)

糖尿病是國人位居十大死因之一，依據台灣糖尿病年鑑2019第二型糖尿病資料顯示，台灣目前每年糖尿病發生率約16萬人，盛行率2045年也預估將成長至近17%。老年糖尿病族群要考量會產生多重疾病，在共病眾多的情況下，不僅影響糖友的生活品質，拉長失能的時間，也會增加照顧的難度，以及財務的負擔。‍由於糖尿病初期並沒有明顯症狀，多數人常等到出現多吃、多喝、多尿或體重減輕時，才發現已經罹病。慢性病早期常沒有症狀或症狀輕微，若沒有定期健檢監控自身的健康狀況，病發後不但須接受長期治療，花費大量時間與金錢。 國民健康署提供40歲到64歲的民眾，每三年一次免費健康檢查，符合資格者，只要持健保卡和身分證到特約醫療院所，或是社區醫院，都可接受檢查。

近日，臺北市派出所警員於石牌捷運站巡邏時，發現有失智老婦神情緊張疑似迷路，經確認該婦人有失智情況，當下火速將老婦帶回派出所安置，再透過地緣、警政系統查詢後迅速聯繫到婦人家屬。

高齡91歲李姓老翁10月1日傍晚駕車外出至桃園市龜山區文化三路某銀行洽公，離開時倒車，疑似誤把油門當煞車踩，一路失控逆向暴衝，最後造成一名51歲鄧姓女子下半身嚴重受創，送醫後宣告不治。根據報導，李姓老翁的駕照早在今年2月就因高齡、未申請換照而遭註銷。
