各國財政刺激政策下，全球通膨問題浮現，政大經濟系教授林祖嘉今天指出，目前國際原物料價格衝很快，今年(2021)通膨是全球全面性，台灣通膨率恐超過2%，加上房價高漲、失業率上升、薪資停滯，民生壓力會很大。不久前，行政院主計總處公布最新的家庭收支調查，最高20％家庭每戶的可支配所得213.8萬元，最低20％家庭每戶只有35萬元，兩者相差6.10倍，這個數字已經創近7年新高。

The use of assistive devices can help the physically and mentally challenged or the elderly to increase their independence, save the efforts of family members in caring for them, and make them feel more comfortable. In order to enable those in need of assistive devices to effectively obtain appropriate assistive devices and related resources, the First Social Welfare Foundation has established the First Assistive Device Center since 1984, which is the first assistive device service unit in the country and is committed to providing professional advice on assistive devices.

"New Taipei City Xinzhuangtou Qianzhuang Day Care Center for the Disabled" and "New Taipei City Xinfeng Small Workshop" are units planned by the Social Affairs Bureau of the New Taipei City Government to provide community-based day care for the long term, with space utilization based on the direction that people with different levels of disability can receive services, and with a variety of activity designs that emphasize the safety of the users.
